What you share
The enquiry form asks for your name, phone number, preferred contact method, vehicle, battery symptoms, timing and pickup location. A GPS location is shared only if you press the location button and allow your browser to provide it. You can type a postcode or address instead.
How we use your details
Your request is emailed to our team to check price, availability and suitable equipment, and to contact you about the service you requested. Relevant job details may be shared with the technician assigned to your booking. Choose a phone call, WhatsApp or either in the form.
Service providers and records
We use website hosting and email delivery providers to process enquiries. The website keeps limited delivery receipts and abuse-prevention records. The enquiry email and any subsequent booking correspondence are held in the business inbox for handling your request and related records.
Your choices
Submitting a request does not take payment or dispatch a technician. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your enquiry details by contacting khanzar.baloch@gmail.com, subject to any records we need to retain.
Website features
The quote form uses browser location only with your permission. This version does not add advertising trackers. External links, such as Google Maps and WhatsApp, are governed by those services’ privacy policies.
